Privacy Policy

In an effort to protect our clients’ and site visitors’ privacy and rights, MPG, Inc. has established a Privacy Policy, which explains what information we gather on visitors and what we do with the information that we gather. We advise all visitors and clients to read and understand our privacy policy, and to check it periodically for any updates or revisions.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Midnight Publishing Group, Inc. (“MPG, Inc.”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of this website (each, a “User”).

Privacy

Users’ privacy is very important to MPG, Inc. We are committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to us.

The information we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and any project details you add. The form emails your message to us so that we can reply. This website does not keep a copy of it or store it in a database.
• No cookies or tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from our own domain.
• Technical information. Like every website, ours receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, uses it to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. To stop floods of spam, the contact form counts how many messages are sent from each IP address over the last minute. Those counts aren’t linked to your message and expire on their own.
• Videos. Some journal posts include YouTube videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play, and then the video plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Once you press play, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

How we use information

MPG, Inc. uses the information you send us to answer your message, prepare quotes, and provide the services you ask for. At no time will MPG, Inc.’s database of users ever be sold to any entity for the purpose of marketing or mailing lists.

Disclosure of information

MPG, Inc. may share information with trusted independent contractors and business partners only when it is needed to provide a service you have asked for, such as introducing you to an artist you’d like to commission. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Hosted services

MPG, Inc. scans data hosted on our web space for illegal activity. If illegal data is found, it will be removed from our web space and the account terminated, as described in our Terms of Service. Under certain conditions, the data will be turned over to the proper authorities for further investigation.

Maintenance of information

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure. Our systems are not HIPAA compliant and should not be used for that type of information or data exchange.
