MPG, Inc. actively scans data (email, web pages etc) hosted on our web space for illegal activities. If illegal data is found it will be immediately deleted from our web space and the account will be terminated without notification to the client. Under certain conditions the data will be turned over to the proper authorities for further investigation without notification to the client. Maintenance of Information Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using standard security measures. We cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure. Our systems are in no way HIPAA compliant and should not be used for this type of information or data exchange.
